Don't We Get A Dress Rehearsal?

We just got back from our week long trip to San Diego for my brother and new sister-in-law's wedding weekend! We had a BLAST! We usually need a vacation from our vacation but not this time...we were BUSY with family and friends for the wedding part of the weekend and then took a little R&R for ourselves after the wedding. Micah, Matt and I got to spend time with each other with no work or outside interruptions! We also got to see Sprinkle who we miss terribly, but made the most of it. The wedding itself was amazing. Their marriage ceremony took place on a golf course that was surrounded with beautiful mountains and lots of GREEN. I love going to weddings because they remind me of my own. They are a good reminder of the values and blessings you have found in your partner and how if you listen closely with your heart God pairs you with the perfect match. A mother’s intuition is never wrong...well at least determining the sex of our children have been spot on! With Micah I knew he was going to be a boy and since I found out I was pregnant with the second one I knew what it was going to be! It's a ......Perfectly balanced baby with a perfect head and an amazing heartbeat! Ok, ok enough beating around the bush; Micah will be having a little sister! Matt and I couldn't be more excited and scared to have a baby girl. So dolls and dresses it is...although I will say Micah like dolls too :) God is good :) Little foot! (fuzzy I know)...

Happy Easter all! We had a wonderful weekend filled with AMAZING friends and family! We started the weekend off by coloring eggs then spending some fun in the sun at the pool followed by a BBQ catching up with friends. And for the big day on Sunday we shared the day loving our time with the family and friends. And of course we ate WAY too much and Micah went through about 3-4 sugar highs all weekend with all the Easter candy!...ya I broke down with trying to not give him candy but with Nani and Papa spoiling him there was no way I could have prevented it! We hope you all had a blessed holiday...after all he has risen!
