We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! For those of you who are in "cold country" yikes! We hope you are staying as warm as possible, we were FREEZING here, it got into the low 30's ;)
Micah's holiday began early in the week by spending time with his cousin Philip who is from St. Louis! They got to play together, well they played by themselves, they just sat next to each other. If they weren't playing with their own toy they were trying to take each others away...Micah was doing a lot of the taking! We spent Christmas Eve with the Tiggas side of the family with a huge breakfast and a lazy movie day. Christmas day was spent with the Machain family (all 50+ of us) :) By the time Christmas day came around Micah wasn't the happiest of all boys, he was a little on the tired-out side (who am I kidding he was exhausted and cranky)!
He is getting better at opening presents, he even played with the actual toys not just the box they came in. His favorite toy this go round was a vacuum...who would of thought that a 1 yr old could spend hours pushing a toy vacuum around and love every min. of it?...That's our kid ;/ I just wish it actually worked, our house would be immaculate! I thought I might try and put the real vacuum in his hand to see if he would go for it, kind of like mom put a rag in his hand when he was crawling so that hers floors would get cleaned (cheap labor)...the vacuum wasn't successful. Anyway we can thank my sister Shana for the gift!!

Overall Micah had an awesome week, and Matt and I enjoyed watching him go through his second Christmas.
Happy New Year!
